Dad Creates the Most Gen-Z Coded Billboard for His Daughter and Her Reaction Is Priceless
Among Gen-Z, using the right slang is like speaking a secret language. Terms like “slay,” “No cap,” and “bussin” are just part of the everyday conversation. It’s the same way millennials popularized ‘LOL’ and other shorthand online. So, what happens when a dad decides to embrace this language fully? Ben Boyce, a New Zealand TV personality, figured he’d go big—billboard big—and turn the whole thing into a hilarious prank.
The Billboard That Made Kids Cringe
@ben_boyce_ Had the idea to put some Gen Z slang on a billboard to embarrass my daughters and it worked SKIBIDI! Haha Thanks so much to the SIGMA team at GO Media who I approached with the idea and they loved it! They helped me design it up and put it up temporarily on one of their billboards around town for free! Just #gifted/ad (Not sure i need to put that hastag as no obligation to do it but want to keep my RIZZ levels high and not get in trouble!) #genz #prank #dad #daughters @Sienna Boyce ♬ original sound – Ben Boyce
Ben’s prank was simple but effective. He rented a billboard and covered it with random Gen-Z lingo. Here’s exactly what the billboard says:
“This is a SKIBIDI shout-out for SIENNA & INDY. Let him COOK, you just got CAUGHT IN 4K The RIZZLER with a GYATT is keeping it LIT | BUSSIN. no cap. SLAY QUEENS! Don’t get DELULU. There’s no ICK here. Stay on that SIGMA grind. It’s GIVING as always. STAY EXTRA! Sponsored by your new ROMAN EMPIRE GO Media”
As you can see, it’s a mix of internet phrases that make little sense when put together, but the chaos is exactly what made it funny. Ben captures the moment with energy and excitement, while his daughters are left to react in front of a very public prank.
How He Pulled It Off
Ben made sure to amp up the moment by hyping it like a sports announcer or a hype man. In the TikTok video, Ben directs his daughters to the billboard with phrases like “Keep looking at me,” and “This is it!” before proudly pointing to the sign. As expected, Sienna and Indy’s faces say it all. They didn’t even scream or run away, but covered their mouths, opened in shock, then smiled through the clip.
Ben planned it perfectly, took the photo the night before, and made sure it was visible to everyone. The whole thing was designed to ensure maximum exposure and embarrassment.

If you don’t speak Gen-Z, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Here are some of the phrases Ben used: “Skibidi,” a term from memes and TikTok used for its chaotic vibe, and “Caught 4K,” which emphasizes being caught in a compromising situation on high-quality video.
“The Rizzler” refers to someone skilled in charm, especially in dating. “Bussin” means something exceptionally good, “No cap” means “for real,” and “Sigma grind” references a self-improvement mindset. The way Ben used them out of context only added to the absurdity of it all.
The Internet Loved It!

Once the video went up on TikTok, the internet went wild. With over 93.7K likes, 773 comments, and 11.3K shares as of August 2025, it quickly became clear that Ben’s prank was a hit. There were even some folks on Reddit calling him “Father of the Year.” It’s the perfect example of how dad humor, combined with generational slang, can go viral.
Sienna and Indy may feel embarrassed now, but in the future, they’ll probably look back and laugh at their dad’s antics. For now, they’ll have to live with the fact that thousands of strangers have already seen their dad’s creative billboard.
