The Hi-Lo Diner has only been around since 2016, but the building itself was an original 1957 Fodero Diner transported all the way from Gibsonia, Pennsylvannia. Old school vibes meet modern twists on classic brunch fare. The Gary Cooper, for example, is comprised of a fresh-made glazed doughnut topped with fried chicken, real maple syrup and gravy. If you’re into cocktails, it’s hard to beat a classic mimosa, but their ice cream cocktails are perfect on a hot day.
