He wore longer, wavy hair that appeared somewhat tousled, paired with a fuller beard that gave him a distinctly different look from his more groomed public appearances. His dark sunglasses seemingly attempted to maintain some privacy during his daytime venture.

His last notable public outing was in May, when he was spotted driving around Los Angeles with his ex-girlfriend and the mother of his youngest child, Noor Alfallah. Before that, he had been seen briefly in April, signing autographs for fans in the same city.
Pacino’s relationship with Alfallah, a 31-year-old producer, has been a subject of public interest since they began dating in April 2022. The couple welcomed their son Roman in June 2023, which marked Pacino’s fourth child and first son in over two decades.
Despite a 54-year age difference, their relationship appeared to flourish initially. Alfallah previously described in an interview how their romance developed naturally from friendship—spending every day together, playing chess, and watching movies. Their connection deepened over time through their shared love of cinema and intellectual conversations.
However, the relationship ended in October 2024, though both parties have maintained an amicable co-parenting arrangement. Pacino’s representative confirmed to media outlets that while the romantic relationship has concluded, both remain “very good friends” who are committed to raising their young son together.

The recent sighting also brings attention to Pacino’s role as a father to four children across different decades of his life. In addition to two-year-old Roman, he shares 22-year-old twins Anton James and Olivia Rose with actress Beverly D’Angelo, his former partner of several years.
